Cancellation Policy:

If your plans change for some reason we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 3 days notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night’s accommodation may be made. Not showing up and without any notification will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. If, after checking in, your stay is shortened a charge of up to one night's accommodation may be made.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking will not be tolerated in our units. For those who wish to smoke, you are welcome to do so outside and ashtrays are provided for that purpose. Please leave your unit door and window shut while you smoke. Please note that if smoke is detected in a unit there may be a charge to return the unit to its non-smoking status.
