Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change for some reason we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 3 days notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night’s accommodation may be made. Not showing up and without any notification will incur a charge of one night’s accommodation. If, after checking in, your stay is shortened a charge of up to one night's accommodation may be made.

Smoking Policy:
Smoking will not be tolerated in any of our units. For those who wish to smoke, you are more than welcome to do so outside and ashtrays have been provided for that purpose. Please leave your unit door and window shut while you smoke, to ensure no smoke enters the unit. Please note that if smoke is detected in a unit there will be a charge of $250.00 in order to return the unit to its non-smoking status. Not only does the effect of smoking taint the atmosphere within the units, there is considerable cost incurred with the need to clean the carpets, nets, curtains and bedding in order to return the said units to their original clean status. Furthermore, those units are often unable to be rented for two or three days after such actions.
