This tastefully decorated home located on a quiet inner city street is a 5 minute walk to Pukekura Park and the Festival of the Lights; Bowl of Brooklands; YMCA and several supermakets. A further 5 - 10 minute walk will have you in the vibrant downtown area with all the trendy cafes/restaurants, shops and/or the renowned New Plymouth Coastal walkway . ALL furnishings in this 3 bedroom are new as of October 2007. A new well equipped kitchen (including new appliances) was installed mid 2009 as well as new floor coverings. Hotel quality bedding and linen troughout. Relax in the comfortable lounge where you can enjoy the surround sound home theatre system including the large Flat Screen TV. Bathrooms contains bath with a separate shower room and separate toilet. The private flat fully fenced backyard is ideal for entertaining with a large hooded bbq and outdoor table and chairs. There is one garage and off street parking for a second vehicle as well as two complimentary bicycles for guests to use. The Gilbert Street House is not part of our motel. It is an alternative for lager groups who seek privacy and independence within the central city. Pictures available on request. |

Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 2 days notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 2 days of your arrival may incur a charge. All cancellations are given a cancellation number.
