A further 5 - 10 minute walk will have you in the downtown area and or the renowned New Plymouth coastal walkway . ALL furnishings are new as of October 2007. You can enjoy the surround sound home theatre system, Sky Flat Screen TV, High Speed Internet connection, Full kitchen (incl. dishwasher) & Fridge/Freezer, BBQ & outdoor furniture. Separate Shower, bath in bathroom, separate toilet. Laundry contains both washer & dryer. Gas heating in lounge with heaters in each bedroom. 3 Bedrooms contain 1 x King bed (or split for 2 King singles), 1 x Queen bed and 1 x Double bed.1 x Garage and off street parking for 2nd vehicle.Complimentary bicycles in lock up shed. The Gilbert Street House is not part of our motel. It is an alternative for larger groups who seek privacy and independence within the cental city. Pictures available on request. |

Cancellation Policy:
If your plans change for some reason, we do understand, and ask that you let us know as soon as possible. Failure to advise us will incur a charge. We require 2 days notice of a cancellation or a charge of one night's accommodation will be made if your room cannot be re-let. Not showing up at all will incur a charge of one night's accommodation. Any change to a confirmed reservation on, or within 2 days of your arrival may incur a charge.
