Each motel operator is automatically a member of the Bella Vista Motel Council. In addition, council members attend the Annual General Meeting to elect five Executive Board members and confirm policy.
The Executive consists of five elected members from the Bella Vista Motel Council and two representatives from Bella Vista Management Limited. The role of the Executive is to form policy, create a budget for advertising and promotion, to investigate the viability of various infrastructural systems and to report back to the members.
