The Cash Rewards loyalty programme is similar to others such as Fly Buys & AA Rewards but differs in one major area – “Real Estate”. The Cash Reward system allows the network to use approx 75% of the card surface to promote brand and contact details. No other card system has this advantage.
The administration is handled by Cash Rewards which is a separate organisation from Bella Vista. There are no regular fees for the motel operator – it is a “pay as you go” system with minimal responsibility for paperwork.
Each card has a magnetic strip on the reverse side allowing automated crediting of loyalty rewards to the guest’s account. Information for our database is also gathered through this system.
The card has been cleverly designed to maximise advertising value. By using the contact details found on each card, a reservation is as close as our guest’s wallet.
Cash Rewards effectively means that any discount offered remains within the card system promoting further loyalty rather than offering a discount that a guest can simply spend else where. Therefore it promotes a greater level of profitability for the motel operator.
Added Business ValueBella Vista’s “smart” systems, of which the loyalty card is a prime example, have contributed to increasing goodwill values of each site. Creating desirability for future purchasers is key to the Bella Vista ethos.
